Shipping policy

Because our paintings are large-format, shipping works a little differently from standard parcel delivery — here's exactly what to expect.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 15 days of confirmed payment. Custom commissions follow the timeline agreed at the time of commissioning, which will be communicated separately.
2. Shipping Methods

Standard courier, for smaller framed works that meet standard parcel size limits.

Specialist freight and white-glove delivery, for large-format and mural-scale paintings — this includes professional crating and, where selected, on-site installation.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic delivery: 15 days from dispatch.

Freight/large-format delivery: 15-20 days, depending on destination and crating requirements.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on size, weight, destination, and whether installation is included. Standard-size orders,Freight/large-format orders are quoted individually at checkout or as part of your trade quote, since standard flat-rate shipping does not apply to oversized crating.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. For freight shipments, our team will share tracking and estimated delivery windows directly, since large-format freight is not always trackable through standard carrier tools.
6. Delivery Issues and Delays
If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at manorandmosaic@gmail.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with our freight partner and arrange a resolution.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to India. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance delays, which are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing for trade accounts.
