These Terms of Service govern your use of monarandmosaic.com and any purchase, quote request, or account made through it. By using our site, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or trade account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used fraudulently.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice, except for orders already confirmed.
Trade/bulk pricing is available to approved company accounts and may require a separate quote.
Payment must be received in full (or per agreed net terms for approved trade accounts) before an order is confirmed for production, sourcing, or shipping.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display dimensions, medium, and colour as accurately as possible, including through product photography and in-situ images. Because each painting is an original or limited-run work, minor variations in colour (due to screen display) or texture should be expected and do not constitute a defect.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only once we confirm acceptance by email or invoice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the work.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes, costs, and freight arrangements for large-format work are set out in our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund eligibility is set out in our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Custom commissions are non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect, as detailed there.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use this site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law or regulation.
Reproduce, resell, or misrepresent artwork listed on this site without authorisation.
Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the site.
Submit false information in any order, quote request, or account application.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork images, descriptions, and site content are the property of [STORE NAME] or the represented artist and may not be reproduced without written permission. Purchasing a physical painting does not transfer copyright in the underlying artistic work unless explicitly agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability
